"Dear Joanne, The cake was wonderful it was a late birthday present to myself! It was light, delicious and the alcohol a real treat. Thank you! Our friends in Jamaica send us a Christmas cake which is very moist and heavy, laden with fruit and rum (lots of!) but not iced. Your cake is a surprise, waiting under the marzipan and icing totally unexpected! Best wishes, Stephen

"We picked up the cake yesterday for the party last night and was delighted! Everybody was impressed and wanted to know where it came from, so I will let them have your web site address if they want it. My son Ed was so pleased he told us he wanted it put in a glass case to keep, and that we weren't allowed to cut it! I did however point out that it may go mouldy and spoil the look of it somewhat. Thanks very much."
